Real Karma activates premium off-market properties through a Strategic Residency Bridge. Instead of sitting empty and losing value, these homes become operational centers of community impact, maintained by vetted professionals.
The Property Profile: We work with high-value estates (villas, rural manors, premium assets) whose owners are contemplating a sale but wish to avoid the friction and lack of privacy of the open market.
The Operational Structure - Each activation follows a discreet, phased process:
Phase 1 — Activation: A private stewardship agreement is signed. No public listing. Real Karma assumes operational carrying costs (utilities, maintenance, security, insurance).
Phase 2 — Residence: A vetted Impact Custodian (travelling CEO, Founder, Digital Nomad or Executive) moves in. They maintain the home in "stage-ready" condition while dedicating 30-50 hours/month to local social or environmental impact.
Phase 3 — Transaction: The property is offered to our private network. Prospects experience a "Try-Stay," living in a warm, functioning home. The property is handed over with its Impact Diary as proof of its social legacy.
